How to get a healthy skin? Tips for Lighter and Glowing skin.

In this modern competitive life, none of the people wants a word compromising in their life. They are ready to struggle for years but don't want their life be missing from any things and when it comes to the beauty they can do anything for it. But even after many efforts and following many tips and consulting skin dermatologist, they can't get satisfactory results. 1. Drink plenty of water


On drinking water make yourself strict and set the goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Water helps to flush out toxins from your body. Also, it makes you active. On adding a few drops of lemon will work more effectively.

2. Avoid much sugar and salt in your food


If you have the habit of taking the high amount of sugar and salt, then from today decrease their amount. The high amount of sugar and salt put barriers on your glowing skin.

3. Replace coffee with green tea


High caffeine also affects and demotivates skin from being lighter and glowing. So, decrease the amount of coffee and make a habit of drink sugarless herbal green tea.

4. Have at least an hour of walk


From your busy lifestyle, separate an hour for your exercise. You can walk in the morning, which makes you energetic for the whole day and also helps your skin to be fairer.

5. Remove your makeup each night


Each night before going to bed reminds yourself to remove makeup from your face so that the skin could get fresh air. For removing, you can simply use the toner or face wash.

6. Eat Fruits rich in vitamin C


Fruits rich in vitamin C like Lemon, Orange, Kiwi, Pineapple, Papaya contains maximum amounts of vitamins C which help to get fairer skin.

7. Have a plenty of sleep


Plenty of sleep is also necessary for the healthy skin. At least 8 hours of sleep is needed for the fresh and healthy skin.

8. Protect your skin from sun


UV rays from the sun make your skin dull and also can cause many skin disease so whenever you are planning for out make a habit of applying a light sunscreen, and always carry a scarf.

9. Apply moisturizer


Apply moisturizer and massage your skin at least twice a week which reduced dryness from your skin and also it tightens your skin.

10. Live a stressfree life


Don't take too much stress about anything. Believe yourself and continues your daily routine without thinking about any others. Have positive thoughts. Listen to music, meet friends and do parties which helps you to live a stress-free life.
