Some tips that can help us to feel happy-

  • Always smile
  • Do nice things for others.
  • Feel physically fit so do some exercise regularly.
  • Sleep at least 7/8 hours every night.
  • Always try to do something nice.
  • Try to make more happy to your closer people.
  • Learn something new so you can create ideas.
  • Don't compare yourself to others.
  • Read something new things like poem, Nobel, magazines so you can feel fresh.
  • Always think positive.
  • Try to cut off overloaded things.
  • Spend some time visiting outside.
  • Listen musics.
  • Get busy.
  • Be a friendly to everyone.
  • Get a new hubby.
  • Spread joy.
  • Have good conversations with wise thought.
  • Protect yourself.
  • Save money.
  • Spend money in right place.
  • Minimise stress.
