Famous Hollywood actress is being sued by Utah resident Terry Sanderson. Terry Sanderson is a retired doctor.
Terry Sanderson claims in the lawsuit that Paltrow was skiing out of control and crashed into him from behind and then left the scene leaving him unconscious and breaking his four ribs bones.
Behind the broken ribs bones, he also suffered from brain injury.
The incident occurred Feb. 26, 2016, at Deer Valley Resort.
In the lawsuit, he also mentions the name of Deer Valley Resort employees along with Gwyneth Paltrow for the reason neither Gwyneth nor any resort employees called for help.

This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realize that.
However, Sanderson's lawsuit claims that Gwyneth left him wounded and she didn't ask for help. But the instructor of Deer Valley Resort who was skiing with Paltrow disagrees with the lawsuit saying, Paltrow, didn't cause the crash.
According to the lawsuit:
Paltrow got up, turned and skiied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying the snow, seriously injured.
In addition to the lawsuit, there was also a piece of video evidence, with a witness seen. During the press conference on Tuesday, the video was presented after Paltrow denied the accusation. The witness revealed:
I saw Gwyneth Paltrow hit him in the back. Terry wasn’t moving his skies were facing down the hill. Paltrow did not say a single word throughout the incident.
